Tactics/Process:

  • User Testing Questions
  • User flows highlighting unique & ideal “transaction paths”
  • Wireframes + Prototyping
  • Design discovery / Style Tiles
  • Design sprints with continual client check-ins
  • A/B testing → validation → iteration
User flows were built to confirm optimal paths to complete core actions.
The sitemap was designed to provide a more transactional experience for healthcare; providing audiences with clear pathways to explore when further research is desired; and take action for next steps when the time is right.
Once a user has provided their geolocation; they are presented with the nearest locations, physicians and services in areas of the site where these action steps are front of mind.
Multiple areas throughout the site, such as locations, providers, events and more–provide granular and consistent search patterns to quickly filter for detailed and relevant results.
